After School Tuesdays provides a safe, engaging environment for children to learn, socialize, and participate in creative activities.  It is an engaging time for the children with the librarian in their local library.  Children become familiar with the library and the resources it provides.  The After School Tuesdays activities promote social skills, supports literacy development and cultural understanding, creating a supportive learning environment.

After School Tuesdays is a program designed for grades K-4, and features stories, snacks, story-themed crafts, and an occasional game or two.  The children meet with Ms. Diane in the Children’s Department for 45 minutes of fun while learning!
